Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes slightly shifting an existing aggregate snowmobile trail and constructing a new 10' wide Hot Mix Asphalt multi-use trail. The project will separate the current single crossing of USH 45 into one crossing for snowmobilers and another for non-motorized users. The bicycle pedestrian crossing will include installation of a solar, wireless Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) system. Potential bidders must submit a Bidder's Proof of Responsibility -Qualifications Statement as required. Contractors interested in bidding must be on the Wisconsin Department of Transportation list of Prequalified Contractors.
