Services include weekly biohazard waste pickups, quarterly hazardous pharmaceutical waste disposal (RCRA and non-RCRA), provision of compliant waste containers, pharmacy formulary characterization twice annually, and all required labor, equipment, transportation, and disposal. Contractor shall comply with all applicable EPA, OSHA, RCRA, Federal, Tribal, State, and local regulations governing hazardous and medical waste management. Base period is one year with option years.
