At Building A (BM051) and Building B ( BM052), Kiley Developmental Center, Waukegan, IL., 60085 , Tear off existing roofs, roof fascias, insulation, deteriorated wood decking, wood blocking, gutters, metal trim and flashings and replace with new wood blocking, wood decking, vapor barrier, R-30 roof insulation, cover board, TPO membrane, gutters, and metal fabrications. The existing sites are occupied by the Client Agency. 2. The site shall remain accessed always throughout construction. 3. Access drives will remain available, always throughout construction. 4. Maintain portions of existing grounds, landscaping and hard landscaping affected by construction operations throughout construction period. Repair damage caused by construction operations. 5. Maintain portions of existing buildings by construction operations in a weathertight condition throughout construction period. Repair damage caused by construction operations. 6. Contractor shall limit work activities and access to the portions of the building and site as required to perform their work as defined within the limits of construction. 7. Contractor shall coordinate construction activities to minimize disruption to the Client agency. 8. Provide no less than 72 hours' notice to User Agency of activities that will affect Client Agency's operations. 9.
