Site work and paving for a road / highway in Branson, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed work includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the following: TAP 9901(886) - Transportation Alternatives Program advancements, including pedestrian facilities, sidewalk connectivity, and ADA compliant ramp upgrades. STP0761 (023) - Z-Crossing Islands and Hawk Signals Project No. RFB 2869-10C - TAP 9901(886), J802373, C2025-0202, C2025-0161, C2022-0155, SNS0032 & EN7622 Note to Bidders: The proposed work is being let as a combination for all four (4) projects. In order to be considered a responsive bid, contractors must submit a bid for all four (4) projects listed for the W. 76 Country Blvd Streetscape Improvement which begins at the Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and terminates approximately 300 feet west of Harvey Lane. See JSP in the project bid manual for additional information. All labor used in the construction of this public improvement shall be paid a wage no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages of work of a similar character in this locality as established by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (Federal Wage Rate), or state wage rate, whichever is higher. Each bidder shall file with his bid a cashier's check, certified check or a bid bond for 5 percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid made payable to the City of Branson, Missouri. The City of Branson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to the bidder that is most responsive, responsible, lowest, and in the best interest of the City based on the combined total of the bids for all four (4) projects. The DBE Goal for the STP-0761 (023) and TAP 9901(886) project is 0%. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works project must provide a 10- Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project.
