**As of September 11th, 2026, the project was awarded to Cook Paving & Construction Company but the awarded amount is not available.** Storm sewer repairs on Plains Road and between Fern Road and Southland Road. Bonds: 100% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 07/01/2026 at 11:00 AM ET Questions shall be submitted in writing to Bob Parker at SBJ Consulting, LLC, 5530 Canyon Ridge Drive, Painesville, OH 44077 The 2026 Storm Sewer Repair project shall consist of the following items: Base Bid The project consists of repair of storm sewers at two separate locations. The first location is along Plains Road where an existing 15 CMP has failed and needs to be replaced with a new HDPE pipe. This will also include rebuilding a portion of the existing catch basin, which has also failed. The second location is a storm sewer that runs from Fern Drive to Southland Road between 7563 Fern Drive and 7569 Fern Drive. Approximately 16 feet of existing 12 RCP will be replaced adjacent to the catch basin on Fern, then the entire pipe between Fern and Southland will be lined using CPP pipe lining.
