Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Contractor Qualification The Project consists of but not limited to: Replace existing thermostats with new thermostats in the building with new - total 163 thermostats. Backup existing BMS system points, schedules, and sequences and upgrade existing BMS to meet current standards as noted in the contract documents. Replacement of existing electric baseboard radiation with new in select locations (four). Project is HUD and will be utilizing Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 07/06/2026 at 2:00 PM EDT for general bids. The work described herein shall be interpreted as work to be done by the HVAC Contractor. The work covered by this Section of the Specifications includes the furnishing of all labor and materials and in performing all operations in connection with the installation of the HVAC work. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Electric Baseboard Heaters. Automatic Temperature Controls. O&M Manuals. Operating Instructions. Staging, Ladders, Scaffolding, Hoists and All Related Equipment. Coring, Cutting and Patching Under 4-1/2". Firestopping at all penetrations
