Reference Number 0000428114 SCOPE: The primary work to be performed under this contract includes preservation activities for the bridge structure LONG-HOVER-20TH that carries Hover Road over the Oligarchy Ditch. Construction work includes partial depth backfill replacement with new approach slabs and expansion joints, pedestrian rail replacement, concrete surface treatment, and other minor repairs. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. BID CONDITIONS (Minimum Mandatory Qualifications): The Contractor must have completed at least three (3) projects of similar scope and complexity valued at least $450,000 per project in the last five (5) years.
