Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Monroe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Monroe is requesting individual sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the JACKS CREEK WPCP EXPANSION TO 6.8 MGD project. The project includes furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the constructing the proposed project as set forth in the bid, as shown in the drawings and as specified. The project generally consists of the following major components of work and appurtenances: a. Construction of a new Vortex Grit System; b. Construction of a new Influent Pump Station; c. Construction of new Selectors and Aeration Basins 1-6; d. Construction of a new Blower & Compressor Building; e. Construction of new Secondary Clarifiers 1-4; f. Construction of new Effluent Filters; g. Construction of a new UV & Reuse PS Structure; h. Conversion of an existing Anaerobic Digester to an Aerobic Digester; i. Construction of new Bulk Liquid Lime Structure and Piping; j. Construction of various new Submersible Pump Stations; k. Miscellaneous piping upgrades and modifications; and l. Electrical and instrumentation upgrades and modifications.
