Lexington Highschool - ERP#2 Electrical Traction Elevators ONLY RFQ. Scope includes: Provide new vertical transportation including the installation of three MRL traction elevators with four stops each. Sub Bid Category Conveying Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The schematic design of the new Lexington High School, sited adjacent to the existing high school, seeks to balance many of the Town's development priorities while fulfilling the vision of the District's Educational Program. The total gross floor area of the building project is 510,209 gross square feet, which includes the following: New high school with Central Offices and a renovated/addition Field House: 506,766 GFA - High School: 441,116 GFA - Field House: 46,300 GFA - Central Office: 19,350 GFA - Concessions Building: 1,223 GFA - Field Storage Building: 2,220 GFA The new school is sited on existing Recreation Department fields immediately to the west of the existing high school, with those displaced fields being reconstructed where the high school now stands
