Site work, renovation and addition to a power facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a power facility; for the renovation of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
Commissioning services for the expansion of the Cates Avenue Utility Plant, including building expansion, heat recovery chiller plant installation, and preparation for future chiller installations. The project will expand the Cates Avenue Plant (1974) to support short- and long-term university growth and to ensure N+l redundancy as the North and Central Campus precincts grow. Phase I will address the building expansion and install a heat recovery chiller plant, providing low temperature hot water to campus. Phase II will prepare for the next large centrifugal chiller installation. Interested firms can participate in the process by submitting a current SF 330 form.
