Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Lyon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Sealed proposals are requested for all work categories described for the South Lyon Community Schools 2025 Bond Program BP1 – South Lyon East High School – Pool Renovations (HVAC Equipment Pre-Purchase). Bids must be submitted electronically via Building Connected using the appropriate forms for each Work Category. All contractors must complete a qualification process, which includes submitting a Qualification Statement and a complete audited or reviewed Financial Statement with Accountants Report and Footnotes to be considered responsive. Proposals must include a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond of at least 5% of the base bid for bids over the state threshold. Bids over $50,000 must include a 100% Payment and Performance Bond and the cost should be included in the bid. All proposals must remain valid for 90 days. Proposals must also include notarized Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Linked Business Affidavit. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, or accept any proposal deemed in their best interest and in compliance with applicable laws. No direct contact with the Owner or Architect is allowed; all questions must be submitted in writing to the Construction Manager.
