Demolition, site work and paving for a clubhouse / community center in Huntsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for paving for a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Demolition of existing asphalt parking lot and construction and paving of a concrete parking lot. Requests for clarifications of this offer must be submitted by Thursday July 23 by 12:00 PM CT. Email bids@co.walker.tx.us Work includes replacement of an existing asphalt parking lot area on approximately 4 acres in Walker County as detailed in the Construction drawings provided (See Attachment G). The work is to include but is not limited to; site demolition, site clearing, earthwork, erosion and sedimentation control, soil stabilization, subgrade, paving of concrete, pavement markings, parking space markings. In addition to the scope of work the successful bidder will be responsible for following Walker County's hours of operation and flow of entry and exit points; including Highway 75 entry, for this parking lot area ensuring vehicular access for the Walker County Senior Center parking lot and parking lot area of nearby buildings included in the project throughout the duration of the construction project. These specifications are for the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for this project.
