Sealed proposals are invited from consultants for full service operation and maintenance of water and wastewater pumping and storage facilities. Proposals must be submitted as one original, six copies, and one digital copy for the technical proposal, and one original for the price proposal. An evaluation committee will review, evaluate, and rank each technical proposal based on the evaluative criteria in the RFP before opening the price proposals. The contract will be awarded to the contractor determined to be most advantageous, considering both technical and price proposals. A performance bond of 100% of the contract total is required from the successful bidder. The pre-bid site visit is mandatory for new contractors unfamiliar with the designated pumping sites and optional for others. Contractors must ensure they have downloaded all addenda prior to proposal submission. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive informalities if it is in the public interest to do so.
