As part of this mission, and while pursuing the specific objectives of university research, the INRS must, in particular, focus its activities on the economic, social, and cultural development of Quebec, while facilitating the transfer of knowledge and technology across all sectors in which it operates. DESCRIPTION The scope of the services to be performed under the Contract (Appendix B) consists of the complete and continuous removal of all snow and ice from traffic lanes, service access roads, and parking areas on the INRS-Laval campus, from November 1 through April 30, plus the spring cleanup period from May 1 through May 31, all of which is described in more detail in the technical specifications (Error! Cross-reference not found.). The contract is for a term of two years (2026-2028), from November 1 through May 31. At its sole discretion, INRS may exercise an option to renew the contract for one year (for a total of 36 months). Otherwise, it must provide the Successful Bidder with notice of non-renewal within 3 months prior to the expiration of the Contract or its renewal.
