All work required for the construction of an underground drainage force main system at Shannon Pond, featuring the installation of approximately 1,490 linear feet of 8-inch HOPE pipe and three stormwater pump station structures. All work must conform to the project specifications in accordance with all other contract documents. The project will be bid on a unit price basis for all specified work and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total base bid. A 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. 100% Performance and Payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder. The City of Albany strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. The City of Albany reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
