Demolition, site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Orange, California. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

This project provides for the design and construction of the warehouse replacement. The existing 5,000 square feet warehouse will be renovated and used in conjunction with the proposed Fire Department Headquarter. The replacement warehouse will be constructed at the water division's south yard for parts and equipment storage. This project also provides for the cover structure over the water division's materials storage area in compliance with the National Pollutants Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements. The structure prevents run-off from washing out construction material such as sands, asphalt, base, and soil into the storm drain system. It also helps reduce noise and assists with dust control. This project will also pursue sustainable energy and efficiency measures such as integrated solar panels. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
