The work includes adding traffic calming and pedestrian improvements at Payne Avenue intersections between Phalen Boulevard and Marland Avenue. Bidders must provide a detailed explanation of how tariffs will impact their proposed pricing, including material origin disclosure, estimated tariff-impacted costs, and risk-sharing or price protection measures. Supporting documentation regarding tariffs may be requested and must be supplied upon request. Required attachments include a certificate of insurance, responsible contractor form, bid form, Anti Lobbying Certification, 21126D Form, CM 32-34 Form, and Non-Collusion Affidavit.
