Sealed proposals are being solicited for 15,876 square yards of Asphalt Sealcoat (In Place). The Township will supply and load the stone. Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by the Municipality. A certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount must accompany each proposal. Liquidated damages are set at $870.00 per calendar day. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract value within 20 days of award. The Township reserves the right to reject any proposal, in whole or in part, to delete projects or portions due to budget constraints, and to waive any technicalities deemed in the Township's best interests.
