Pierre-and-Maurice-Gagné. All submissions must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the submission before applicable taxes, valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the date of opening of bids, in the form indicated in the section "4.00 Security requirements" of the Régie, otherwise the submission will be automatically rejected.
