Site Work, Demolition, and Infrastructure o Provide temporary construction fencing, site protection, and safety controls. o Perform demolition and removal of existing structures, foundations, and associated improvements as required for replacement. o Conduct site preparation activities including clearing, grubbing, grading, and compaction. o Install new asphalt and concrete surfaces, including walkways, pads, ramps, and accessibility improvements in compliance with ADA requirements. o Provide and coordinate all necessary underground and above-ground infrastructure to support new installations. 2. Structural Placement and Building Envelope o Stage and install four (4) relocated modular classroom buildings. o Install all required structural anchoring systems, including tie-downs and foundation connections, in accordance with engineering specifications.o Reinstall existing audio enhancement systems and classroom cameras, ensuring full functionality and compatibility with current technology standards. 6. Painting and Finishes o Provide exterior painting of modular buildings and associated elements, including ramps, utilizing a two-color scheme as specified by the Owner. o Complete interior painting, including tackboards and designated surfaces, using approved color selections. o Ensure all painted surfaces are properly prepared, primed, and finished to achieve a durable, uniform appearance. 7. Project Closeout o Perform final inspections, testing, and system commissioning. o Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements. o Provide all required documentation, including warranties, as-built drawings, and operation manuals. o Deliver fully operational, safe, and occupancy-ready classroom facilities.
