Leon County, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Geotechnical Services. The County intends to establish agreements with multiple firms to handle anticipated service needs. The allocation of work among the selected firms will be determined solely by the Public Works Division of Engineering Services to serve the County’s best interests. The agreement will last three years, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions, for a maximum of five years. All professional services must be performed by licensed professionals in the State of Florida under Title XXXII F. S., and in strict compliance with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act, 287.055 F. S. Firms must ensure full compliance with the CCNA statutes at all times. These services are to be provided on an as-needed basis for small projects, primarily under the jurisdiction of the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, though other County Divisions and Constitutional Offices may also request and administer services during the agreement term.
