Poured concrete piers, 12 piers per build site, a total of 180 pier pads for 15 build sites. 24" x 48" pier pad with a formed top, set to the elevation for each house spot. Minimum compressive strength: 4000 psi mix design reinforced with 1/2 " rebar. Broom finish. Location & spacing will be determined prior to the start of the project.
