Bids are being solicited for the supply of unleaded gasoline and #2 Ultra Low Dyed Sulfur Diesel to the Halifax Harbor Marina fueling facility located at 450 Basin Street, Daytona Beach, FL. The marina features 300 feet of fuel docks, two gasoline pumps, two diesel pumps, and two 10,000 gallon in-ground tanks. All equipment is owned by the marina and fuel sales are conducted from a Harbormaster’s building. The estimated annual purchase is approximately 110,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 125,000 gallons of diesel, with historical delivery sizes being about 4,000-5,000 gallons per delivery, though actual quantities to be supplied may vary according to the marina’s needs during the contract term. Bidders must submit their offers online through the designated platform as no paper bids will be accepted. To participate, bidders should register on the city’s procurement website, review all specifications and notices, and are encouraged but not required to attend a pre-bid conference. It is the bidder’s responsibility to remain informed of all updates and addenda related to the solicitation.
