The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, is soliciting bids for the construction of the Beechwood/Linden/Wilkins & Brownsville/Maytide/Sankey traffic signals. Question Submission Deadline:July 8, 2026, 3:00pm Five (5) percent participation by veteran-owned small businesses per contract; and D. Three (3) percent participation by LGBTQIA+ businesses per contract. Scope of Work The work involved under this contract shall consist of the following: o Installation of new traffic signals at the intersections of Brownsville Rd/Maytide St/Sankey Ave and Beechwood Blvd/Linden Ave/Wilkins Ave to include the items of work as per the enclosed Plans (Contract Drawings). o It is intended that the work described in this Contract be complete in every detail, including furnishing, constructing, installing, removing and testing all equipment, materials and products necessary for the aforementioned scope of work. All work is to be performed within Public Right of Way. Any work performed outside of Public Right of way will be the CONTRACTOR's responsibility to coordinate with private property owners.
