Their services include licensed software upgrades, database maintenance, and firmware updates to maintain compliance, security, and system stability. Siemens also provides remote and on-site technical support, diagnostic services, and troubleshooting by certified technicians who are familiar with the proprietary architectures of Desigo and APOGEE. In addition, they offer system optimization, programming modifications, graphics development, and operator training to enhance facility operations. Preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and access to genuine replacement parts are likewise provided to maintain long-term system reliability and protect warranty requirements. Siemens Industry Inc. is the only authorized outlet for APOGEE, building automation systems, Insight building management software, and Desigo CC building automation systems. Siemens Industry Inc. must expressly authorize any required software revisions; any unauthorized revisions may compromise system performance and/or void warranty obligations.
