Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chicoutimi, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Re-roofing of various buildings. Bon-Air Community Centre, located at 246 Colbert Street in Chicoutimi-Nord: a portion of the roof decking needs to be replaced, in addition to the shingles. St-Alphonse Community Centre, located at 482 Alvert Street in La Baie: the shingle roof, Adex fascias, and gutters need to be replaced. Rivière-du-Moulin Administrative Building, located at 109 Jean-Langevin Street in Chicoutimi: the membrane roof and the tower's metal cladding need to be replaced. The soffits and fascias also need to be replaced. Price Pavilion, located at 3405 Barrage Street in Jonquière: the metal roof needs to be replaced. Pumping Station #10, located at 3983 Vieux-Pont Street in Jonquière: the gravel roof needs to be replaced with a membrane roof. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for architectural services is underway.
