Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes repainting of masonry, repair of masonry joints, replacement of doors, and repainting in various structures. Replacement of motor-operated valves, an aeration blower, and aeration piping. Sealed bids for the work comprising each improvement must be filed at the West Des Moines Water Works, 1505 Railroad Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Paper copies of the Contract Documents are available at the office of the Water Production Engineer, 1505 Railroad Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa, upon receipt of a refundable deposit for each set. Refunds are based upon return of the Contract Documents in usable condition within 14 days of the award of contract. Paper copies are available by appointment only and will not be mailed.
