Amendment 5 The purpose of this amendment is to establish and notify interested vendors of the Bid Opening Date and Location for the Repair Carswell Ave project. The Bid Opening will take place at the 502nd Contracting Squadron, 1655 Selfridge Ave., Lackland Air Force Base, TX 78236, on 31 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Contractors without base access must arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. local time on 31 July 2026 at the Luke Gate Visitor Center, 2602 Luke Blvd., Lackland Air Force Base, TX 78236, to be granted base access. At this time, the Government will not entertain additional bids, as the solicitation has closed. AMENDMENT 1 This amendment is to add the attachment: Carswell Site Visit Location, to the list of attachments. As a reminder if you plan on attending the site visit all attendees MUST have base access. If personel does not have base access they MUST fill out the UAR form found in the attachment list and submit to both POC's listed for this solicitation. Repairs, modifications, and additions to address multiple issues along Carswell Street, including work required to stabilize the roadway and reduce water ponding, potholes, and other surface deficiencies that have created unsafe driving conditions. The project encompasses improvements and corrective measures as detailed in the Phase III Statement of Work (Attachment D2), ensuring enhanced road stability, proper drainage, and overall safer travel conditions. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
