Work Covered by Contract Documents 1.2.1 Work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the specified work as shown on drawings and described in this specification. The following is a summary of work items included in the project: this summary is not intended to be the all-inclusive scope of work. Refer to individual specification sections and drawings for more specific project requirements. 1.2.2 Work shall comply with applicable codes and standards, including coordination with State Construction Office (SCO) requirements and any applicable historic review agencies (SHPO), where required. 1.2.3 Perform field verification of existing conditions prior to construction. Coordinate all work with existing building systems, architectural elements, and security requirements. 1.2.4 Provide submittals, samples, and mock-ups as required by the specifications for review and approval prior to installations Carpet replacement and interior painting services for the Justice Building. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The bidder shall include with the bid proposal the form Identification of Hub Certified/ Minority Business Participation identifying the minority business participation it will use on the project and shall include either Affidavit A or Affidavit B as applicable.
