A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The project includes but is not limited to demolition for and installation of (12) post-tension concrete courts, shade canopies, concrete walkways and viewing areas, stormwater improvements, finish grading, lawn and plantings, and underground utilities. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Brief project description is as follows The Cary Tennis Park Post Tension project scope of work includes the demolition and installation of (12) new post-tension concrete courts and associated amenities including concrete walkways and retaining walls, elevated concrete bleacher seating areas, court and bleacher canopy structures, stormwater drain improvements, underground utilities, and tennis court equipment. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
