Project Description: Renovation of Room 25 in the Physical Sciences Building to accommodate pulsed magnet and helium recovery systems. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Owner, no later than 12:00 pm (MDT), June 25, 2026, The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Work for this project includes demolition, materials, labor, transportation, security, temporary construction and other items identified in, or reasonably inferable from the Construction Drawings and Project Manual and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The project establishes a new NMR Lab and Helium Recoveyr System. The two new labs will be established inside an existing basement laboratory space, but will require slab demolition and sub-slab excavation within an existing building.
