Request for Qualification (RFQ) The Village of Valier CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant The Village of Valier is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide grant and project managerial and administrative services to support the rehabilitation of housing units within the Village of Valier as provided in CDBG Housing Grant Application. The agreement will be on a lump sum, fixed price basis, as provided in CDBG grant award, with payment terms to be negotiated with the selected firm.
