Marion County Utilities is seeking a responsive qualified and licensed contractor to perform asphalt restoration following water and sewer utility installation and repair with guaranteed pricing for the contract period. Marion County Utilities ("MCU") is soliciting licensed and qualified Asphalt Restoration contractors for work defined herein in support of MCU Construction and Maintenance Divisions for public water and sewer infrastructure installation & repairs. Projects assigned under this contract will be located within and throughout Marion County, Florida. The intent of this contract is to enable MCU to utilize a qualified and reliable asphalt contractor with established pricing for tasks which MCU is not equipped to conduct. Each project will vary in size, length, and location, but typically consists of the proper asphalt restoration of roadways and driveways as a result of the installation and/or repair of water and sewer infrastructure. The quantities utilized within the Fee Schedule are an estimate based on previous and expected future work, and not a guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity.
