The Project generally consists of the phased renovation of the existing duty office, the demolition of the existing Garage building, and the construction of a new Maintenance Garage at Barrack J of the Maryland State Police and other Work as indicated within the Contract Documents. The renovation work area is approximately 5,288 gross square feet and is a single story structure of type VB construction that will be fully sprinklered. 2. Phased Construction a. The project will be constructed in multiple phases as outlined within the drawings.
