Renovation of a military facility in Harrison Township, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision required to perform comprehensive HVAC upgrades for Building 303, including demolition and removal of existing systems and installation of new equipment. The work consists of replacing 14 existing furnace and heat pump units with new 5-ton capacity dual-fuel systems and installing 5 new 2-ton capacity air conditioning units to enhance cooling. The contractor is responsible for installation, commissioning, and integration of the new systems with existing digital controls. Performance will occur over a 365-day period while the building remains occupied and operational, requiring careful coordination of utility shutdowns and access to secure areas. All questions for the pre-bid conference must be submitted by 10 July 2026 via email to john.donnell.1@us.af.mil. The magnitude of construction is between $500,00, and $1,000,000.
