Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform preventive maintenance services for emergency and standby generators, including ten emergency generators, three standby generators, and three mobile generators. Work includes annual and semi-annual maintenance services, annual load banking for emergency and mobile generators, as well as annual oil and fuel sampling. The contractor shall ensure all systems are maintained in proper operating condition in accordance with applicable OSHA and NFPA codes. All work must be conducted in a manner that maintains safe operations within the facility, minimizing disruption to patients, staff, and visitors. The contractor shall comply with all VA security requirements, including personnel identification, authorization, and restricted access protocols while performing services. The contract includes a base year with four option years, and all work shall adhere to the requirements outlined in the contract documents.
