Demolition and site work for a residential development in Paxton, Illinois. Completed plans call civil work for a residential development.
The Central Illinois Land Bank Authority seeks construction services from interested and qualified firms for the demolition of all structures, removal of all building materials and debris, backfill of soils, and restoration of soils to ensure appropriate site drainage and not impede future site development at the following properties: 301 W State, Paxton and 115 W Pine, Paxton. Services must meet or exceed county, state, and federal standards. Bidders must demonstrate successful completion of at least three similar projects in the last 12 months. Bids must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other relevant laws. Bids must be sealed, include the name and address of the bidder and Bid Number 26-09 on the envelope, and be made in accordance with the instructions provided. CILBA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to rebid if necessary. QA date - 7-2-2026 Bidders may submit questions about the bid documents in writing to CILBA no less than 5 days before the Submission Deadline.
