Renovation of a transportation facility in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Stage I will consist of a completeness and compliance review of submitted Bids to determine which Bid Submissions are complete and comply with all of the mandatory requirements as set out in Part C of Appendix A (RFT Particulars). The Selected Bidder shall satisfy all of the conditions of award specified in Part D of Appendix A (RFT Particulars), within eight (8) Business Days of the date of the Region's Notice of Other than inserting the information requested on the mandatory submission forms set out in the RFT, a Bidder may not make any changes to any of the forms. Any Bid Submission containing any unauthorized changes, whether on the face of the form or elsewhere in the Bid Submission, may be disqualified at the Region's sole discretion.
