Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of Water Well No. 3, including furnishing all plan, labor, material, and equipment required for the project. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request to online system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening Job No. 162-0018 Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Relocation of existing (3) hydropneumatic tanks and all related appurtenances, demolition/removal of existing yard piping, construction of one (1) 1,500 gpm rated groundwater well including header piping, yard piping, controls, and connection to (2) existing ground storage tanks, a chlorination and LAS disinfection system including injection pumps, controls, piping, and all required appurtenances for an operational disinfection system, site pavement and grading, on-site swales, a permanent on-site diesel generator and electrical controls, and all items and descriptions shown in the Construction Drawings and/or described in the specifications.
