The Hill – Lauderhill is a proposed 13.9-acre mixed-use entertainment district located at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and State Road 7 in Lauderhill, Florida. Structured as a public-private partnership between The Hill District, LLC and the City of Lauderhill, the development will include residential units, a hotel, convention and conference space, a family entertainment center, and diverse dining and retail offerings. The project is designed to function as a regional destination while supporting adjacent cultural and recreational assets such as the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center. It aims to stimulate economic growth, increase tourism, and catalyse redevelopment along the State Road 7 corridor, while incorporating public amenities such as parking for arts facilities, workforce training space, and event support infrastructure.
