Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Endako, British Columbia. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Ministry of Water, Lands and Resource Stewardship is seeking services for the abatement, demolition, and removal of all structures located on Lot 1 District Lot 3832 Range 5 Coast District Plan 1367. The Contractor must: a) remove all debris and assorted material in and near the buildings. b) backfill and compact the site to be level with surrounding grade using clean fill. c) carry out all work in accordance with recommendations for abatement, and disposal of hazardous materials provided in the Hazardous and Regulated Materials Pre-Demolition Assessment.
