Union High School District ("District") is seeking proposals from currently pre-qualified contractors to provide lease-leaseback preconstruction and construction services for the San Mateo High School JointUse Gym Mechanical Replacement Project ("Project") in accordance with Section 17406(a)(1) of the Education Code. Pursuant to Section 17406(a)(2)(C) of the Education Code, all proposers for a LeaseLeaseback construction project under must be prequalified with the San Mateo Union High School District ("District") in accordance with subdivisions (b) through (m) of Section 20111.6 of the Public Contract Code. Proposers submitting a response to the District's RFQ/P as a prime contractor must already be prequalified with the District and must hold a valid "C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning" California Contractors License. If used, mechanical, electrical and plumbing ("MEP") subcontractors must also be prequalified before submitting a proposal for San Mateo High School JointUse Gym Mechanical Replacement Project. Proposals will not be accepted from a Contractor that has failed to comply with these requirements.
