Renovation of a municipal facility in Neenah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project involves the preservation, repair, and restoration of the Kimberly Point Lighthouse structure in accordance with established historic guidelines and specifications provided by the City. Work will include, but is not limited to, structural improvements, interior restroom improvements, masonry and exterior repairs, restoration of historically significant architectural elements, and site work necessary to protect the integrity and longevity of the lighthouse.
