The purpose of the Davisville Subway Trench Park Feasibility Study is to inform and support City staff and City Council decision-making regarding the potential construction of a linear park suspended above the Davisville Subway Trench (the Trench). To determine the merits of proceeding with the construction of an elevated linear park and respond to City Council direction, City staff require professional engineering and costing services to understand the financial, technical, operational, and programmatic implications of constructing a linear park above the Trench.
