Vehicle Storage Building: 5,000 square feet, slab on grade, pre-engineered metal, openair structure. 4. Warehouse (add Alternate G-1): 6,000 square feet, slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building, shell space. 5. Work of Project includes: a. Site Features: New Utility Feeds, Concrete Pavement, Heavy-duty Asphalt Paving, Concrete Sidewalks, Storm drainage structures, Seeding. b.
