Construction of a new transportation facility, including furnishing labor, material, and equipment. Question Deadline 07/13/2026 To ensure a fair bidding process, questions and/or clarifications requested by contractors will be accepted up to three (3) days prior to Bid Opening. Bidders/contractors are required to submit their questions in writing to the Designer of Record Tedd Clippinger, Project Architect at tedd@cra-ae.com with a copy to the Owner. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Work will be performed on the site of the existing Bus Maintenance Garage which must remain operational during construction and is intended to remain for the Owner's future use. There is no work proposed to be done on the existing facility itself, work is limited to the surrounding site. New construction to include a new Transportation Facility, openair Vehicle Storage building, and an add alternate for a Warehouse. 2. Transportation Facility: 20,727 square feet, slab on grade, S-1Moderate, Type II-B, Fully Sprinklered Transportation Facility consisting of an office suite with support spaces, maintenance bays and associated work areas. 3. Vehicle Storage Building: 5,000 square feet, slab on grade, pre-engineered metal, openair structure. 4. Warehouse (add Alternate G-1): 6,000 square feet, slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building, shell space. 5. Work of Project includes: a. Site Features: New Utility Feeds, Concrete Pavement, Heavy-duty Asphalt Paving, Concrete Sidewalks, Storm drainage structures, Seeding. b. Structure: Poured-in-place concrete footings, foundation walls and floor slabs, Preengineered Metal Building components c. Building Envelope: insulated metal panel, metal building insulation system, concrete masonry, batt insulation, aluminum storefront, metal roofing, membrane roofing, pre-manufactured canopies. d. Interior Finishes: polished concrete, luxury vinyl tile, monolithic epoxy flooring with integral base, rubber base, acoustical tile ceilings, drywall ceilings, concrete sealer/hardener, paint, fiberglass reinforced panels. e. Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Components
