The Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (TAIT) is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from airport engineers to provide design and construction administration services for safety improvements by realigning 81st Street and Perimeter Road at Tulsa Riverside Airport. The selected firm may also be contracted for future phases and similar associated projects. Selection will follow a qualification-based process conforming to Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements, as specified by 49 CFR Part 26. Fee information is not to be submitted with the statement of qualifications and will not be considered in the selection process. Applied overhead rates must adhere to Federal Regulation 48 CFR Part 31.
