The scope of work includes the removal and reconstruction of reinforced concrete street pavement, sidewalks, and barrier-free ramps in residential areas throughout the City of Plano. An estimated budget of $2,700,000.00 is allocated for the initial term, with an additional $2,700,000.00 for each possible renewal term if exercised. Instructions to bidders: The preferred method for proposal submission is electronically through IonWave at planotx.ionwave.net. In-person submissions are accepted on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the City of Plano Procurement Division, and must be delivered in a sealed envelope. All bids/proposals must be received before the published closing date and time. Late responses will not be accepted. Questions should be submitted electronically via IonWave; phone and email inquiries will not be answered. Bids will be opened and names of offerors read at City Hall. Electronic review of tabulations is encouraged over physical attendance. The City of Plano cannot guarantee timely delivery of mailed bids/proposals; electronic or in-person delivery is recommended. All electronic response attachments should be reviewed to ensure they can be downloaded and viewed; unreadable submissions may be deemed non-responsive. The City reserves the right to request clarification if necessary.
