Site work for a water / sewer project in Syracuse, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of water utility improvements for the Town of Syracuse. Work is divided into the following parts: Division A - Huntington St. Improvements: Includes installation of water mains, specifically 1,349 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 1,849 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 603 linear feet of 6-inch water main, all service laterals and meter pits within the established right-of-way, and all other work required for completion. Division B - New Water Main and Service Line Replacements: Includes installation of water mains, specifically 1,755 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 1,750 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 62 linear feet of 4-inch water main, all service lateral connections outside the established right-of-way, lead service line replacements, and all other work required for completion. Instructions to bidders: Bids will be received at the Town of Syracuse - Town Hall until the specified date and time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read. Provisions are available for special needs if requests are made by the specified deadline. Questions pertaining to this projectshall be submitted directly to Breagan Eicher, P.E. at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. via online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
