Construction of Well 4 Manganese treatment system and SCADA system improvements. Completion - 249 working days A. B. C. The WORK of this Contract comprises of treatment facilities for the removal of manganese pumped from water from existing Tract 349 Well No. 4 including but not limited to manganese treatment filter system; filter backwash system with tank and pumps; chemical feed system; piping, valves, and appurtenances; the construction, start-up and testing of the above systems; and associated site civil and electrical power improvements. The WORK of this Contract also includes SCADA improvements and integration work at Well No. 3 and No. 4 sites. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish, install, test, and place into service the new manganese treatment filter system and pumps as shown and/or specified in the Contract Documents, complete and operable. The site for the treatment facility and SCADA work at Well No. 4 is 3714 E. Florence Ave, Huntington Park, CA 90255. The site for SCADA work at Well No. 3 is 4630 Santa Ana St. Cudahy, CA 90201.
