This is a solicitation for a comprehensive contract to provide labor, materials, and equipment to perform services and work, as specified, on emergency generators at the West Tennessee Regional Office and Community Homes for the Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging. Services include inspection, preventive maintenance, testing, repair, and emergency service. Repair services shall include any and all peripheral equipment that is a component of the equipment under this contract. This solicitation is for a five-year contract. Prospective respondents are encouraged to schedule a site visit with the Facility Manager. Individuals with disabilities wishing to participate in public meetings should contact the Solicitation Coordinator to discuss any needed aids or services. Each prospective respondent must carefully review the ITB, including all attachments, terms and conditions, and any amendments, and submit any questions in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator. Responses must be received on or before the designated date and hour for response opening. Untimely submissions shall be rejected.
